Madrid Spain Tourist Attractions - Madrid is the capital of Spain and it is located both in the middle of the peninsula and the Castillian plain. More than three million people live in the cosmopolitan city, which is a huge center for business. They are plenty of great tourist attractions in Mardrid for you to enjoy. The Public Administration, the Government, the Spanish Parliament all have their headquarters in Madrid, and it also where the Spanish Royal Family lives.

Madrid’s origins date back to the 9th century, particular the times of Arab Emir Mohamed I, born 852 and died 886. Madrid Spain is still as diverse as it always was. The city itself is at once a celebration of history and cultural as well as modern, metropolitan versatility. In the hart of the city lies its vintage, historical section, which houses Los Austrias, the Plaza Mayer, and the Palacio Real. There are still a number of districts which evoke traditional life in Madrid, such as Chueca, Malasana, and Lavapies. The nightlife in Madrid is particularly thriving, with many cafes and churros, not to mention after hours bars, many of which stay open all night.
